I have been to both of Toast It Is, and they both have a vibe, good food, and good energy. The one on Hubbard Street has an amazing waiter named Mark who does such an amazing job if u want to brunch there, that’s the place to be, even the drinks get you where u need to be. They make an amazing French 75
